Tom Tornstrom, MBA, NRP
Tom has been working in EMS for over 30 years and has performed in a variety of roles, learning each function along the way. Tom’s day-job of the last nearly 15 years has been as the leader of two not-for-profit ambulance services for a larger health system. In addition to EMS specific experience, Tom has an extensive background in business ownership and operations, financial management, and technology application. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in business and information technology as well as a master’s degree in business.
Having consulted with EMS services since 2015, Tom’s analytical expertise and optimistic mindset complement his experience to ensure high-quality and thorough results with achievable goals.
Mike Tornstrom, AAS, CCP, NRP
Mike has been involved in EMS for over 30 years as an EMS provider, educator, and director. Mike’s full-time job is that of an ambulance service director for a thriving municipally owned agency. With extensive experience in rural EMS, Mike’s clinical, financial, and operational skillsets are crucial when assisting rural EMS agencies with their inherent challenges.
What We Value
We believe that every community in the United States should have access to responsive and trained EMS providers. We further believe that EMS and ambulance services have a responsibility to the citizens they serve to operate in an cost-effective and responsible manner. We understand the challenges of achieving such beliefs but when commissioned to do so, we will strive to provide the expertise and guidance to help communities and organizations meet their goals.
